1. Who we are

This service is operated by the account owner named in your agreement (the “operator”). This page describes how personal data is handled by the platform.

2. What we process

Account data (name, email, authentication factors), workspace content you create (contacts, campaigns, templates), email delivery and engagement metadata, and technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

3. Why we process it

To provide the service you signed up for, to send the messages you compose, to secure accounts, and to meet legal obligations. Contact data you upload is processed on your behalf as a processor; you remain the controller of your recipients’ data.

4. Sub-processors

We use a small set of infrastructure and delivery providers to run the service. The current list is on the sub-processors page.

5. Retention

Data is retained for as long as your account is active and then deleted or anonymized per the operator’s retention schedule. Deleted workspaces are pruned after a grace period.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data, and you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Submit a request on the data requests page.
